SCAD Animation Studios: The Last Dungeon

I utilized the schedule page to create and keep track of tasks for 3D animators, lighting and compositing artists.
In addition to shotgrid, we also kept track of all shot progress through a spreadsheet on google sheets. I created the sheet for the compositing team which allowed us to keep track of difficulty for each shot as well as any problems the artists were running into.

SCAD Collab: Bark & Bet's

This page consists of a standard schedule layout. I created individual pipeline steps for the films needs and for organizational purposed of the artists so they can easily see the color coded steps on the Gantt chart.
For lighting and compositing, I created a separate sheet to organize the difficulty of each shot before assigning them to artists. The dropdown consists of levels 1-5 and N/A.

Indie Film: Zap!

For this production all information was centralized into one spreadsheet on google sheets. A link to the meeting notes, contact sheet and meeting presentation as well as documentation are all accessible from the front page. An example of the file naming convention is also available.

With the nature of the film being 3D/2D hybrid, I created separate tabs for all parts of the pipeline. Each tab consists of an overarching header, the headers are also links to where artists should submit their work on dropbox. Under the headers I created columns for assets, artist working on the assets and then dropdown for the different steps of asset creation. The dropdowns consist of N/A, In Progress, Finished and Not Done. The file naming convention and an example of how to use it are at the top of each tab.
